Conner Homes and Lennar To Preview Model Homes This Weekend
BELLEVUE, Wash. – Leading developer Oakpointe Communities is pleased to announce four major homebuilders for its Ten Trails master-planned community in Black Diamond, Wash. Lennar will introduce three new model homes Saturday and Sunday, July 21stand 22nd, with a preview planned as part of Ten Trails monthly Hometown Socials community event on Friday evening, July 20th. Seattle-based Conner Homes also has a model home currently open and welcoming guests. Rudd Development and builder Ichijo Technological Homes will open model homes in early 2019.

National Builder of the Year Lennar is the second home builder to open at Ten Trails, and will offer a VIP Preview of its new Cottage Collection on July 20th6-9 pm during the Ten Trails Hometown Social event. Lennar’s Cottage Collectionincludes three new model homes with six unique floorplans, ranging in size from 2,331 to 3,199 square feet with three to five bedrooms and two to three bathrooms. Cottage Collection homes also include covered outdoor living spaces and generous windows to bring the outside in and the inside out. Prices begin in the $490,000s. Lennar will introduce eight additional model homes in December as part of its second collection.
Ten Trails will kick off the summer preview of these homes Friday, July 20th with its second Hometown Social featuring Family Game Night at the Civic Park, 23201 Roberts Drive. This month’s social will feature carnival games, multiple bounce houses, a football toss, several local food trucks and dessert trucks featuring donuts and ice cream, a beer garden, and more than 20 local crafts and artisan vendors – all accompanied by the sounds of Blue Wave Band. Festivities will continue through to Saturday when Lennar celebrates the official grand opening of its Cottage Collection.
In addition to Conner and Lennar, Seattle-based Rudd Development and Ichijo Technological Homes will open model homes in early 2019, providing more residential options such as duplex designs and townhomes.
