Bellevue, WA (November 14, 2018) – Newmark Knight Frank (NKF) is pleased to announce the hire of top Seattle area brokers Thad Mallory as vice chairman and Cam Warren as associate director. Mallory and Warren will further build upon the firm’s growth in the dynamic Seattle market.

Mallory, a 13-year industry veteran, joins NKF from Kidder Mathews where he was Senior Vice President handling industrial and office leasing and sales in the Kent Valley, Pierce County and South Seattle markets. In 2012, 2014, and 2018 Mallory was awarded Industrial Broker of the Year by SIOR and has previously served as Washington State SIOR Chapter President. He holds a bachelor’s degree from University of Washington and graduated Cum Laude from Seattle University School of Law.
Warren began his career in 2015 with Kidder Mathews as Associate Vice President in its South Seattle office specializing in industrial leasing and sales. He holds a bachelor’s degree from University of Montana Business School.
