Newmark Knight Frank Recruits Top Talent in Bellevue, WA

Bellevue, WA (February 12, 2019) – Newmark Knight Frank (NKF) is pleased to announce the addition of Joe Lynch as executive managing director and Daniel Harden as senior managing director to the firm’s Bellevue office. In their new roles, they will continue their focus on landlord representation and capital markets.

Lynch, a 20+ year real estate industry veteran, joins from Kidder Mathews where he served as senior vice president and partner. In that capacity he had over $3.5 billion in lease and sales transactions. Lynch also spent time as a professional golfer on the Canadian PGA tour.

Harden joins NKF from Kidder Mathews where he served as senior vice president and partner. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews in 2011, he was a research analyst with Colliers International. During his tenure at Kidder Mathews, he handled over $1.5 billion in lease and sales transactions.

Lynch and Harden bring to NKF over 2.5 million square feet of institutional office agency relationships throughout the greater Eastside submarkets.
