Newmark Knight Frank Adds Industrial CRE Veteran Taylor Hoff to Bellevue, WA Office

Bellevue, WA (February 27, 2019) – Newmark Knight Frank (NKF) is pleased to announce the addition of Taylor Hoff as senior managing director to its Bellevue office, focused on industrial leasing and sales in the Puget Sound region.

Prior to joining NKF, Mr. Hoff was a partner and owner of NAI Puget Sound Properties, a commercial real estate company. Hoff has over a decade of industrial real estate experience in the Seattle market, with an emphasis on the Kent Valley industrial market since 2006. His expertise includes tenant and landlord representation, investment and owner-user property sales.

Hoff is the current President of the Washington State SIOR Chapter and a member of CBA and WSCAR. Since 2012, he has been involved in over $800 million of investment sales and leasing transactions and was consistently recognized as a Top Ten Producer within NAI Global.

His professional accolades include a myriad of CRE industry awards, including: 2013, 2014 CoStar Power Broker; 2014 NAI Global Top Ten Producer and 2015, 2016 & 2017 Top NAI Puget Sound Properties Producer.
