Cushman & Wakefield Strengthens California and Western States Valuation & Advisory Teams with 8 Key Hires

SAN FRANCISCO (Feb. 25, 2019) – Cushman & Wakefield has added to its Valuation & Advisory team in the Western U.S. with the hiring of eight new property appraisal professionals. The new hires are based in the key California markets of San Francisco and Sacramento, growing V&A’s unique combination of industry-specific knowledge and global reach capable of serving all types of valuations. The firm has also added new team members in Denver, Salt Lake and Seattle.

Trent Baudais, Director, returns to Cushman & Wakefield with more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience in both regional and international valuation. Most recently, Mr. Baudais was an independent commercial valuation contractor offering multi-state and multi-country services, as well as foreign real estate investor. Mr. Baudais was formerly a director for V&A in the Phoenix office. He will be based in the San Francisco office.

Christopher Hymore, Associate Director, is a certified general appraiser based in Denver. Most recently, Mr. Hymore was the manager of Blake & Associates, LLC and oversaw the firm’s Kentucky operations. He brings experience in industrial, office, retail, farm, residential and land appraisal.

Brian Bilzi, Associate, returns to Cushman & Wakefield’s Salt Lake City office, where he was previously a research analyst and associate broker. Most recently, Mr. Bilzi was an analyst for Colliers International for the Utah Investment Team, specializing in sales and acquisitions of commercial properties throughout the state.

Trevor Johnson, Associate, joins the Sacramento office after spending more than a decade at Jackson Properties, where he was Senior Asset Manager and leasing agent for industrial and retail properties.

Lyzabeth Cui, Associate, joins the Seattle office after working as a real estate investment producer and realtor at Keller Williams Realty for the past four years.

Alex Smith, Associate, joins the San Francisco office after working in the financial analysis division of Point Reyes Management.

Austin Bengford, Associate, joins the Denver office after working in the property management division of Fleisher Smyth Brokaw.

Michael Edlund, Associate, also joins the Denver office after working in appraisal at McKissock.
