Multnomah County Commissioners Float New Funding Path for Moda Center’s $600MM Overhaul

Two Multnomah County commissioners are pushing to fund the county's entire $88 million capital pledge for the Moda Center renovation through an existing rental car tax, a move designed to shield Trail Blazers-related business tax revenue for core county services ahead of an Aug. 6 board vote.
