A climbing gym, a trampoline park and an indoor children's playground are splitting up the 120,000-square-foot former Nordstrom at Clackamas Town Center, turning one of the Portland area's highest-profile pandemic-era mall vacancies into a multi-tenant experiential retail hub over the next two years.
