The asset sold for $14,950,000.

The buyer, Seattle Housing Authority, was secured and represented by Timothy Ufkes and Rich Day , investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Seattle office.

Spring Lake Apartments is located at 12530 35th Avenue NE, Seattle, WA. The property was constructed in 1986, and consists of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. The Lake City neighborhood is an ideal location due to the close proximity to downtown and a walk score of 83.
