Macerich has $372 million in unsettled forward equity earmarked for enclosed mall acquisitions at stabilized yields of 9 to 11 percent, a war chest assembled while its only Pacific Northwest holdings remain two Oregon centers that the company has spent the past year trimming around the edges.
