Grand Opening Festivities Take Place January 26th
BELLEVUE, Wash. – Oakpointe Communities is pleased to announce that homebuilder Lennar will open eight new model show homes on Saturday, January 26th at Ten Trails, the 2,200-acre mixed-use, master-planned community in Black Diamond, Washington. The Grand Opening will take place from 10 am to 2 pm that day with activities for the whole family at the intersection of Willow Avenue SE and SE Stevens Street at Ten Trails.

Lennar already has three model homes open in its Cottage Collection at Ten Trails. The new models are part of Lennar’s East Village with 11 floor plans of modified Craftsman design ranging in size from 2,350 to 3,862 square feet and offering four to five bedrooms and from two-and-a-half to four bathrooms. Prices for the East Village homes range from $479,950 to $689,950. In addition, Lennar will offer its Next Gen Bainbridge home design with a floor plan for multi-generational living. The separate entrance and master suite on the main floor allow for a more independent lifestyle while still being connected to family. The 3,183 square foot home has four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms and is listed for $629,950. To date, Lennar has built or is in the process of constructing 100 new homes at Ten Trails with many more to come.
Lennar’s homes at Ten Trails offer a wide variety of connectivity features from WiFi throughout to Ring visual doorbells to Amazon Echo Show and Dot, Baldwin Evolved Smart Locks and Sonos support for music via Alexa. Lennar homes are built with energy-efficient construction and include features to decrease monthly utility bills while reducing the carbon footprint through the use of Energy Star appliances, LED lighting, water-sense faucets and commodes, and low VOC paints used throughout the homes.
