HITT Contracting Inc. has named Kris Beason vice president and leader of its Seattle office. In this role, Kris is responsible for ensuring the success of the Seattle office and each project by monitoring client satisfaction, team effectiveness, and resource allocation. With more than 30 years of construction industry experience and over a decade of executive leadership under her belt, Kris’ expertise spans from small tenant improvements, additions and renovations in occupied facilities, to historic renovations and complex office build-outs for Fortune 500 firms.

Kris is a current Board Member of NAIOP Washington and Big Brother Big Sisters of Puget Sound. She has previously served as CREW Seattle President, as a national CREW Network Board Member and as the Chair of CREW Network Foundation. Kris founded the CREW Seattle Leadership Development Program and was recognized by CREW Network in 2016 as an Impact Award Recipient for Career Advancement for Women in commercial real estate.
