EVERETT, Wash., October 16, 2018 – Kirtley-Cole Associates has hired Scott Wendlandt as Director of Operations.
Scott’s focus will be to manage and lead all operational aspects of Kirtley-Cole’s projects to ensure on time, on budget, successful deliveries. Scott comes to Kirtley-Cole from Trammell Crow Residential, where he was Vice President of Construction, and AvalonBay Communities, where he served as Senior Project Manager for 11 years prior to that. Scott is a graduate of Central Washington University.
