Kilroy Realty Participates in the Global Climate Action Summit

Sole American Real Estate Company Selected to Participate

LOS ANGELES (September 04, 2018) – Kilroy Realty Corporation (NYSE: KRC) announced its participation in and sponsorship of the upcoming Global Climate Action Summit (the “Summit”), to be held in San Francisco September 12-15. The Summit will bring together the world’s climate leaders with the goal of launching deep environmental commitments and accelerating action from cities, states, businesses and investors.

KRC is the sole American real estate company that has been selected to participate in the Summit. KRC CEO John Kilroy will be providing opening remarks at the ‘Building Up to Net Zero Carbon Emissions’ session with government leaders and real estate developers from Europe, Africa and Asia. All participants in this track are expected to report meaningful climate action commitments such as steep emissions reductions by 2030.
