Kidder Mathews Announces Promotions of Senior Management

Seattle, Wash. (March 14, 2019) – Kidder Mathews has announced the completion of a leadership plan for the firm’s core divisions, brokerage, property management, and valuation advisory. The firm’s four brokerage heads; Brian Hatcher, Northwest, Eric Luhrs, Northern California and Nevada, Robert Thornburgh, Southern California, and Mark Read, Southwest, have been named regional presidents of brokerage for their respective regions. In addition, Keith Kaiser has been promoted to president of the firm’s property management division, and Peter Shorett has been named president of the firm’s valuation advisory division.

In their expanded roles, each will focus on strategic business development, recruitment, and revenue collaboration across the firm’s product lines within their market.
