DALLAS, TX – March 15, 2016 – Trammell Crow Company (TCC) today announced that Matt Khourie has been appointed Chief Executive Officer. This move marks a return to the real estate development business for Mr. Khourie, who was a senior leader at Trammell Crow Company for 29 years before joining CBRE Global Investors in 2009.
Khourie assumes the role from Danny Queenan, who was named COO of CBRE Global Investors in August 2015 and also served as CEO of Trammell Crow Company since 2011. Khourie will report to Queenan, who will also serve on TCC’s Board of Directors.

For the past six years, Khourie has served as CEO of CBRE Global Investors, where he was responsible for the global management of the firm and served as chairman of the firm’s Global Executive Committee, Global Leadership Team and its Global and Americas Investment Committees.
With more than 35 years of experience in the real estate industry, he previously served as President, Southeast Operations for TCC and was a member of the firm’s Executive and Investment Committees. During his original 29-year tenure at TCC, Khourie worked in various management positions including leadership roles that focused on development, investment strategy, portfolio management, and institutional investor relations.
