KBS Signs 21,702 Square Feet at The Park at Woodinville in Woodinville

WOODINVILLE, Wash., (July 5, 2016) – KBS Realty Advisors of Newport Beach, California announced today the signing of two leases totaling 21,702 square feet at The Park at Woodinville. Advanced Protective Coating signed a new 8,965-square-foot lease and Dan Terry & Associates renewed its 12,737-square-foot lease.
