Jessica worked with most of the JS Coats team at a previous place of employment. “We are so thrilled to be working with Jessica again. Jessica brings a wealth of experience to our group and we all have a high degree of confidence in her ability analyze real estate and credit strength” said Jeff Coats, founder of JS Coats Capital. Jessica holds a B.A. in Finance and Marketing from the University of Washington and has nearly 10 years of experience in commercial real estate.
