SEATTLE, WA (September 24, 2018) – Jackson | Main Architecture is pleased to announce that Alexan Central Park, a new mixed-use residential complex in Redmond, has begun construction. The project is located at 16160 NE 80th Street in Redmond. Developed by Trammel Crow Residential, Alexan Central Park utilizes a five- over three levels construction method with a partial wrap of the parking levels. It will feature ground level retail, 193 residential units with a fourth-floor courtyard and a rooftop deck, and 191 parking spaces.
The project team includes Jackson | Main Architecture (architect), Graham Construction (general contractor), Lund Opsahl (structural engineering), KPFF Consulting Engineers (civil engineering), Emerald City Engineers (MEP) and Brumbaugh & Associates (landscape design).
It is anticipated to be completed in spring 2020, with the first units available for pre-lease in early 2020.
