Goodman Real Estate Lists 374-Unit Icon and Addison Apartment Portfolio in Seattle’s International District

Goodman Real Estate has put two adjacent International District apartment buildings — the 120-unit Icon and the 254-unit Addison on Fourth, separated by more than a century of construction — on the market, a move that would clear most of a block just north of Union Station.
