Chicago-based Equity Office sold the Plaza at North Creek in Bothell to an entity called MRM North Creek LLC, based in Bellevue, for $35,500,000 in a deal that closed June 2nd, according to King County public records.
The Plaza at North Creek, located at 18911 and 19015 North Creek Parkway in Bothell, is comprised of two three-story Class A garden office buildings. The buildings were constructed in 1990 and the two mid-rise buildings total over 195,000 square feet. There’s also parking offered at a rate of four stalls per 1,000 square feet.
Allstate Insurance Company’s Northwest regional office is the primary tenant at the Plaza at North Creek along with ConnectWise Sell, formerly Quosal, which has its headquarters in the building. SNC-Lavalin is also listed as a tenant.
The building complex is also located within close proximity to I-405 and SR-522. It’s close to the Northshore YMCA, the Wyndham Garden Hotel & Residence Inn and is near restaurants and walking trails.
Equity Office has more than 50 million square feet of Class A office space in the United States and nine properties in Washington state in Redmond, Bothell and Seattle. The group has the majority of its Washington assets in Bothell with Canyon Pointe, Canyon Park Office Center, Canyon Park East and Canyon Park Commons.
