Cushman & Wakefield Expands Valuation & Advisory team in Seattle

SEATTLE, WA Sept. 3, ,2019 – Cushman & Wakefield today announced Kevin Nowadnick, MAI, Jennifer Forschler, MAI, and Lauren Sanders have joined the firm’s Valuation & Advisory practice in Seattle. “We are thrilled that Kevin, Jennifer and Lauren have joined our team. We are always looking to add great talent,” said Elizabeth Champagne, MAI, FRICS, Executive Managing Director and Region Lead, Northern California and Northwest Valuation & Advisory. “Our clients are looking for a full range of services and expertise – adding this new talent strengthens our existing team and helps us better support those clients.”

Nowadnick has performed appraisals on a wide variety of commercial properties for clients located throughout the State of Washington. His experience covers all types of assignments including multifamily residential, office, retail, industrial, land and proposed development. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Nowadnick was the Director of Commercial Appraisals at Lamb Hanson Lamb Appraisal Associates in Seattle, Washington. Forschler, has been appraising in the Seattle and Bay Area markets since 2005. In Seattle, her appraisal practice has been primarily in multifamily, where she has conducted numerous market studies, highest and best use studies, and feasibility analysis as well as traditional appraisal work. In the Bay Area, Forschler worked as a generalist and appraised a broad range of property types including, retail, office, hotel/motel, industrial, self-storage, mobile home parks and special use improvements.

Sanders joins Cushman & Wakefield from Kidder Mathews, where she was an associate appraiser. She began her real estate career in 2013 at Qval Property Advisors, LLC in Houston, Texas – first as a research consultant, and then began to train as an appraiser.
