Veteran broker brings well over decade of investment experience working in Puget Sound
SEATTLE, Wash. – September 16, 2021 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today Pat Mutzel has joined the firm’s Bellevue office as a Senior Director with the firm’s Capital Markets team. Mutzel brings well over a decade of experience, representing local and national investors with the acquisition and disposition of investment property and development opportunities throughout the Puget Sound region. He will specialize primarily in office and land sales, in addition to some agency leasing work.
Mutzel joins Cushman & Wakefield from Colliers International where he was a Senior Vice President.

Prior to Colliers International, Mutzel began his career at Grubb & Ellis where he was recognized as the firm’s Rookie of the Year (2008) and as a Top Producer thereafter.
