GS Venture Partners of Bellevue and Conifer Specialties announced today they have signed a lease on Building C at Gayteway Business Park in Arlington.
The space is an expansion and will be used for an additional distribution center servicing their Woodinville location. Conifer Specialties, Inc. is a manufacturer of dry mixes in a variety of product categories: soup, salad, bread, dessert, breakfast, hot cocoa and easy meal kits.

This state-of-the-art facility is a significant milestone for our business as we continue to expand and strengthen our core business and logistics. We expect to be fully operational by July 1st, 2022.”

With the three initial buildings completed at Gayteway Business Park and each 100% leased, GS Venture Partners plans on breaking ground next month on their next building of 116,902 Square Feet – a twin and next door to the Himalayan Dog Chew Building. The site has been preloaded and is ready for construction.
