Colliers Strengthens Western U.S. Capital Markets Practice with the Addition of Grant Lammersen

Salt Lake City, UT, June 7, 2023 – Colliers is proud to announce the continued expansion of its Capital Markets practice in the Western United States by adding seasoned veteran Grant Lammersen. The move follows a wave of recent personnel additions furthering Colliers’ reach and strategically linking regional service capabilities geographically. Lammersen will directly partner with California-based Sean Fulp and his Capital Markets team, while closely collaborating with leading Utah-based office broker Brandon Fugal.

Lammersen expressed his excitement for the move, saying, “I am thrilled to join Colliers and have the opportunity to contribute to its rapidly expanding Western Capital Markets practice. In the current market environment, providing clients with a holistic approach to problem-solving is essential.  Colliers’ depth in all service lines and nimbleness allow us to truly be an advisor to our clients. Colliers’ strong industry reputation, commitment to cross-services collaboration and focus on the client-first approach made this the obvious choice.”

Lammersen joins Colliers after most recently serving as Vice Chairman and Co-Head of Capital Markets in San Francisco with one of the nation’s most successful investment property sales groups at Newmark. Over the past 24 years, he had specialized in the marketing and disposition of institutional real estate, resulting in a remarkable track record of approximately 400 successful transactions exceeding $22 billion in total consideration.

In his new capacity at Colliers, Lammersen will sit in Salt Lake City, positioned to help grow the Colliers platform in office and alternative asset classes. Lammersen’s deep industry knowledge and relationships enable Colliers to provide even greater value to clients seeking real estate solutions in Western U.S. markets.

“We couldn’t be more excited to have Grant part of the team,” said Sean Fulp, Vice Chair of Southwest Office Capital Markets. “Grant’s addition significantly enhances our coverage throughout the west, and his 20-plus years of institutional investment sales experience undoubtedly begins to set Colliers’ office capital markets platform apart from others.  We are focused on providing solutions to help our clients achieve their goals, whatever they may be. Grant’s thoughtfulness and experience will be an amazing addition to our platform.”

“Grant is dynamic with an exceptional history working within all aspects of the Capital Markets arena,” said David Josker, President of the Southwest U.S. at Colliers. “His knowledge and key industry relationships make him an invaluable addition to our team as we deliver market-leading service to our clients across the West and further cement our long-standing position as the top brokerage in Utah.”

Colliers’ Capital Markets practice provides comprehensive advisory services, facilitating transactions across the globe. With a client-centric approach and a concentrated understanding of local markets, the team navigates client needs in the ever-evolving real estate landscape, leveraging emerging opportunities and potential value worldwide.
