SEATTLE — Colliers International would like to announce the sale of three Washington properties by Paul Sleeth and Billy Sleeth. The three transactions total more than $59,600,000 and 311,582 SF. Details on each deal below.
Surprise Lake Square, a 134,795 square foot retail property in Milton, Wash., was sold to Tourmaline Capital for $19,500,000 on 8/24/15 by Partnership between Washington Capital Management & Wallace Properties. Located at 900 Meridian Avenue E, the center is anchored by Safeway and features other tenants including Rite Aid, Dairy Queen, Dollar Tree, Chase Bank, GNC, and UPS, this was an off-market transaction.
Everett Village Center, a 120,912 square foot retail center in Everett, Wash. Was sold to Stockbridge Capital Group for $22,500,000 on Aug. 31, 2015 by a Family Trust out of Ohio. Located at 1130 SE Everett Mall Way, tenants include Best Buy, Bed, Bath & Beyond, TJ Maxx, Petsmart, Bank of America, and Sleep Country USA.
Coal Creek Marketplace, a 55,875 square foot retail center in the affluent Eastside submarket of Newcastle, Wash., was purchased by RPAI for $17,600,000 on Aug. 27, 2015 from Urban Renaissance Group. Located at 6920 Coal Creek Parkway SE, Coal Creek Marketplace is a QFC grocery-anchored neighborhood center and 95% occupied. The sale increases RPAI’s presence in Seattle to more than 1.2 million square feet. This was an off-market transaction.
