Tarragon, a Seattle-based real estate development company, recently welcomed Chad Purdue, Development Associate, to their team. Chad joins the Land Development group and will help the team on projects including Uplands, a 320-acre, multi-phase residential community in Pierce County.
Chad previously worked at Pulte Homes of Washington as a Division Product Manager. Through his experience there, he obtained a solid background in single-family and multi-family product planning, permitting, and construction coordination.

His experience in the industry along with a strong desire and determination to expand his knowledge in land development and master plan design, will have an immediate impact on our land development projects here at Tarragon,” said Mark Enebrad, Senior Director of Land Development.
Chad received his bachelor’s degree in Sustainable Urban Development from the University of Washington.
