TACOMA, WA (October 1, 2018) – As part of a continuing effort to expand their offering to clients throughout the greater Puget Sound region, CBRE announced today the addition of Michael and Zachary Ota as Associates in the Tacoma office. Michael and Zachary will be reporting to Don Moody and Teresa Patton, primarily focusing on development opportunities and land transactions to begin their career with CBRE.
As recent graduates of the University of Washington Milgard School of Business, Zachary and Michael began their careers in the internet sales division of Poulsbo RV, while obtaining commercial real estate licenses. Prior to that, the brothers served as account managers for G & K Ota Family LLC, their family’s property management and development company, which was their entrance to commercial property management and sales.
