SEATTLE (October 11, 2018) – CBRE is pleased to announce that Kim Berg has been promoted to Managing Director of Asset Services for the Seattle and Portland markets where she is responsible for developing and implementing strategic direction and the day-to-day oversight of 48.7 million square feet of office, retail, industrial and MOB properties that the company manages on behalf of building owners and investors.

Ms. Berg’s career includes more than 17 years of commercial property management experience, with emphasis on Class A office buildings. She has firsthand knowledge of real estate leasing and operations, account management, finance, and marketing. Most recently, Ms. Berg was the Asset Services Senior Director assigned to the Greater Eastside and the Seattle Central Business District providing leadership to more than 60 CBRE real estate managers.
