Katelin Carter Bonham has been promoted to Marketing Manager. Katelin joined the firm in 2015 as graphic designer and was promoted to Marketing Coordinator in 2017. Katelin leads strategic marketing efforts for Caron’s multifamily, hospitality, office and retail teams. She also develops and generates creative content for the firm’s print and digital channels. She is actively involved in the Seattle chapter of the Society of Marketing Professional Services and Urban Land Institute.
Peter Tallar received his registration as a licensed architect. Peter joined the firm in 2012 and has worked as a project manager and designer on dozens of residential and commercial projects at Caron. He has proven to be a leader in all aspects of his work, leading successful project teams and client relationships. He currently leads the Tacoma Town Center project, a multi-phase mixed-use urban infill development as part of the city of Tacoma master plan to improve areas south of downtown.
