Cairncross & Hempelmann Welcomes Annie Allison

Seattle, Washington – Cairncross & Hempelmann is pleased to announce the addition of Annie Allison to the Intellectual Property and Technology team.

Annie’s innovative and cutting-edge practice revolves around advising and guiding clients through the maze of legal issues that often surrounds intellectual property. Her experience with some of the world’s top software and e-commerce providers allows her to handle an array of legal matters, such as developing IP protection strategies, trademark clearance and registration, domain name disputes through UDRP complaints, IP enforcement, including DMCA take down notices, negotiating licenses, and other commercial agreements.

Annie provides IP analysis and assistance to companies in all stages of development; from emerging companies to established public entities, to non-profits and micro-enterprises. She uses her skills to help entrepreneurs make sure their unique ideas are strategically protected around the world.

Annie comes to Cairncross & Hempelmann by way of and Hughes Media Law Group. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Broadcast Journalism from Brigham Young University, and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Washington School of Law; also where she is finishing her Intellectual Property LL.M this coming May.
