County records show that Atlanta-based The Ardent Companies has taken over the mortgage tied to Seattle's 255 South King Street complex, home to the Slalom Hawk Tower and a 282-room Embassy Suites, as part of a $107 million recapitalization of one of Pioneer Square's newest mixed-use projects.
