Anthropic Adds 46,000 SQFT at Seattle’s Dexter Yard, Building on 113,000 SQFT Lease

Anthropic took a 46,000-square-foot expansion at BioMed Realty's Dexter Yard in Seattle's Lake Union district during the third quarter, according to CBRE, adding to a 113,000-square-foot lease the artificial intelligence company signed at the South Lake Union campus in June.
