Andover Company Closes 23 Leasing Deals Covering 186,423 SQFT Across Region

Seattle, WA; September 29, 2017 – The Andover Company/CORFAC International announced the closing of 23 deals covering over 186,423 square feet over 60 days: 17 industrial leases, four office leases, one industrial sale and one land sale.

  • George Rockwell, SOIR, represented Ivy Jerry Trust & Ivy Edward Trust in their acquisition of the 32,754-square-foot building located at 5869 South 194th Street, Kent, WA. The building was sold by Kang and Hui Lei.
  • George Rockwell, SOIR, represented lessor M-3 Properties in their lease to Arnold’s Appliance for 19,200 square feet of industrial space at M-3 properties, located 1037-1041 Andover Park East, Tukwila, WA.
  • David Baumer represented RL Cook in their lease with lessor RREEF for 18,124 square feet of industrial space at SeaKing Industrial Park, located at 1521 South 92nd Plaza, Seattle, WA.
  • Michael Ewing represented Lake Properties, LLC in their acquisition of 18,000-square feet of land at 8008 Portland Avenue, Tacoma, WA. The land was sold by Kim Ly Chay, Sare Sek Chay and Sok Heng Chay.
