CORNELIUS, Ore. – Wed., June 21, 2023 – AltaBird Investments and The City of Cornelius celebrated a groundbreaking ceremony for the Meadowlark Industrial Center on Friday, June 16. Located at the northeast corner of N. Holladay & N. 4th Ave. in Oregon’s Silicon Forest, the new development is comprised of 154,643 square feet of manufacturing and warehouse building space.
“This project is a nice addition to the growing Cornelius business portfolio,” said Jeffrey C. Dalin, Mayor of Cornelius. “We appreciate that AltaBird Investments chose Cornelius for this project and look forward to helping them see it through to completion.”
The new project signifies the last remaining available industrial parcel for the city. Upon completion, Meadowlark Industrial Center will accommodate up to four tenants for either lease or sale. The development also features 32’ clear height, 29 dock-high doors, two grade level drive-in doors, 102 car parks and 3,000-amp electrical power service, as well as convenient and reliable commute times for building tenants.
