SEATTLE (September 5, 2023) – Alliance Residential completed construction of Broadstone Strata, a new luxury community of apartment homes located immediately adjacent to University Village, Seattle’s premier shopping destination, in Northeast Seattle. The high-profile project is a 294-unit multifamily development located at 4906 25th Ave NE.
Strata features modern architecture and thoughtful design carefully integrated with University Village. The 294 residences are comprised of studio, urban one-bedroom, one-bedroom, urban two-bedroom, two-bedroom, as well as one and two-bedroom multistory live work and loft units. Strata is the latest luxury apartment project within Alliance Residential’s urban infill Broadstone brand completed in the Seattle market. Broadstone Vin, a 118-unit apartment community in Fremont, and Holden of Bellevue, a 136-unit assisted living & memory care community were recently delivered in 2022.
Additionally, Alliance delivered a 178-unit apartment community in Vancouver, WA in 2023. Within the Pacific Northwest, Alliance has an additional 10 projects under construction within the Seattle, Portland, and Boise submarkets, slated to deliver in 3Q23 through 1Q25, with an additional two projects in pre-development equating to +3,000 units total.
