Seattle-based company to showcase premium wines at Vulcan Real Estate’s reimagined Lake Union Piers
SEATTLE – April 27, 2023 – Ackley Brands, a Seattle-based family investment company that owns and operates premium wine brands, announced today that it is expanding to Vulcan Real Estate’s Lake Union Piers in South Lake Union. Expected to open in 2024, Ackley’s new location will be the company’s second tasting room in Washington, joining its Woodinville location at Wine Walk Row.
The Lake Union Piers renewal project is estimated to be completed in the Fall of 2023 and will encompass 60,000 square feet of commercial space across four buildings at the former Chandler’s Cove site. Ackley Brands will lease 3,000 square feet of which 2,000 square feet will be a dedicated tasting room with outdoor seating that will offer views of Lake Union and the marina. Soon to be accompanied by other dynamic dining, entertainment, recreation and maritime tenants, Ackley Brands will carry several of its premium wine brands including Montinore Estate, Landlines Estates, Cataclysm Wine Co. and Borealis Vintners.
