The asset sold for $5,500,000.
Christopher R. Secreto, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Seattle office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, a family trust, was secured and represented by Secreto as well.Sun Basin Self Stor is located at 610 S 1st Ave in Othello, WA. It has a total of 501 self-storage units, of which were 91% occupied by the time of sale.
