Arlington, WA March 27, 2018 – GS Venture Partners of Bellevue announced today they are officially Pad-Ready for a 300,000 square foot Industrial Building in the growing City of Arlington, WA. Formerly known as the Northwest Hardwoods site and the Weyerhaeuser log mill, Gayteway Business Park is a 54-acre, $100 million business park.
Gayteway Business Park will provide between 800,000 and 1,000,000 square feet at full buildout in concrete tilt-up buildings between 30,000 to 325,000 square feet. Each building will feature a 28’ to 30’ clear height and generous truck maneuvering with easy access to dock and grade level doors.
The newly completed building pad is ready for a 300,000 square foot building and can be delivered within 12 months. Construction has also begun on two additional buildings at the entrance to the complex totaling 120,000 square feet.
