A 224,122-square-foot office tower at 421 SW 6th Ave. in downtown Portland has sold for $6.5 million, according to Multnomah County public records. The 14-story property, constructed in 1948 and listed on the National Registry of Historic Places, was acquired by an entity affiliated with Rania Chaer and represented by a Hillsboro law firm.
