Seattle, Wash. – A 2.7-acre mixed-use development site situated inside Woodinville’s latest master-planned community, Harvest, sold last month to a national development company. The sale was structured by Kidder Mathews, and the site sold for $19 million.
Dylan Simon, Jerrid Anderson, and Max Frame of the Simon and Anderson team, a multifamily investment team based in Kidder Mathews’ Seattle headquarters, represented the seller in the sale of the property and directly sourced the buyer.
The site is located on Northeast 145th Street, along the Sammamish River. It is uniquely situated inside the up-and-coming Harvest community, which will offer a collection of wine tasting venues, upscale restaurants, retail, and a 4+ star luxury Marriott Autograph hotel and spa.
“Harvest is the realization of our personal and professional passions — wine and real estate,” said the master developer of Harvest, Jim Tosti. “For nearly a decade we have watched Woodinville come of age in sync with the wine industry now thriving in this state. We recognized there was an unparalleled opportunity for a program that would be centered around wine, but be much more — dining, shopping, a hotel, and of course residences. An inviting community and lifestyle conceived around all the things so precious to us all.”
“We want to thank the seller and buyer for an extremely smooth transaction,” said Simon. “Woodinville offers one of the most unique lifestyle living opportunities in all of Puget Sound. Woodinville is the perfect location for renters seeking more work-life balance and desiring to take advantage of all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer.”
