BELLEVUE, Wash.–Wright Runstad & Company today announced the development of the “BrewHub,” an 8,900-square-foot brewery and restaurant near the epicenter of The Spring District, an emerging pedestrian-focused walkable urban neighborhood in the heart of Bellevue’s Bel-Red corridor.

The BrewHub is available for lease, and will be located adjacent to a one-acre open space park area – and directly across the street from more than 300 residential units. The brewery and restaurant is situated below two floors of office space. The BrewHub also features outdoor seating and a central beer garden, 26-foot-high ceilings in the brew hall to accommodate double-height equipment space requirements, as well as concrete flooring with an integrated drainage system.
