The asset sold for $8,900,000.
Christopher R. Secreto, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Seattle office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, a limited liability company, was secured and represented by Christopher R. Secreto as well.
Weekender Storage is located at 1745 Schurman Way, Woodland, WA 98674. It has a total of 99,316 net rentable square feet and 245 self-storage units, of which were 99% occupied by the time of sale. Built in 2016/17, this high quality, well-maintained facility is equipped with a rental office and large mezzanine.
