Additionally, he has been exploring the overlap of innovative hospitality and urban residential projects as a member of the firm’s Hospitality Design Studio.

Carey Dagliano Holmes is an active participant in Weber Thompson’s design culture and community outreach efforts. In 2016, Carey helped lead the Weber Thompson effort to design and construct a tiny house donated to the Low Income Housing Institute to house a homeless family. She also leads the internal recurring Design Pin-Up series, a chance for all projects in the office to benefit from the firm’s wide range of expertise. Carey is also a current member of Seattle’s Southeast Design Review Board.

Cody Lodi is a talented designer working in Weber Thompson’s Commercial Office and Mid-Rise Design Studios. A graduate of the University of Washington, he is the former chair of the UW HEADLINES Traveling Exhibit and is the incoming Chair of the UW Architecture Professionals Advisory Council. Cody is a strong advocate for leveraging technology like BIM and Virtual Reality to push the boundaries of design; he leads the firm’s discourse about emerging technology.

Jeff Dobbs has been actively engaged in project management, quality assurance, technical documentation and construction administration during his twelve-year tenure at Weber Thompson. Rachael Bauer is a passionate advocate for accessible design. She brings her eye for detail to each of her diverse projects, and works collaboratively with others to ensure the best possible end result. Recently, Rachael worked with a shower fixture manufacturer to design an accessible roll-in shower pan for multifamily residential units. In 2016 her affordable housing project with Seattle Housing Authority, Raven Terrace, was the recipient of several national awards, in part due to the high quality interior design that is atypical for affordable housing projects.

Erin Hatch, Weber Thompson’s Marketing Manager, has been promoted for her contributions to the firm and the greater community. She is actively involved in the firm’s community outreach initiatives and works to engage a wide range of staff in marketing and business development efforts. She is currently serving her second term as the Director of Marketing for the Seattle chapter of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS). In 2016 she was the recipient of the SMPS Seattle President’s Award and was certified as a Competent Communicator by Toastmasters International.

Joanna Luddy is Weber Thompson Interior Design Studio’s newest Associate. Joanna is a member of the Healthy Materials Collaborative and organized a panel discussion on this topic during the 2016 Seattle Design Festival.
