Walls Tilted for North Auburn Logistics Industrial Facility

AUBURN, Wash. – Alston Construction recently tilted the walls for Panattoni Development Company’s North Auburn Logistics project in Auburn. The 261,553 square foot concrete tilt building is situated on 14.3 acres near Highway I67. Once complete, the facility will provide 32 foot clear height, six-inch reinforced floor slab, 45 dock doors, two at-grade doors, and 60 foot truck aprons, and will be divisible to four tenants.

Kidder Matthews is marketing the development with great interest coming from the industrial tenants with multiple proposals requested.

Panattoni has been working on the entitlements of the property for three years, successfully navigating the Army Corps of Engineers wetlands approvals and City of Auburn entitlement requirements. North Auburn Logistics is on time and on budget, and is slated for completion April of 2018.

Team members include: SynThesis, Architect; Poe Engineering, Structural Engineer; Barghausen, Civil Engineer.

Major Subcontractors include: Santana, Earthwork and Utilities; Steckler Construction, Concrete; Nelson Structures, Roof Structure.

PCCP is Panattoni’s equity partner, and Texas Capital Bank is their lending partner.
