Sales transactions continue to be recorded in Snohomish County. One recent deal in Mill Creek involved a mixed-use property known as The Farm at Mill Creek that includes both commercial space and condominiums, according to Snohomish County public records. The property traded for $18.5 million. The buyer was an entity that shares an address with CenterSquare Investment Management, and the seller was an entity affiliated with Vintage Housing.
Located at several addresses, including 13218, 13210, 13209, 13215 and 13223 39th Ave. SE as well as 3911 133rd St. SE, the property was built in 2020 and totals approximately 38,112 square feet. Part of the property is occupied by Tapped Public House Mill Creek, a bar and restaurant. Other tenants include Amazon Go, Carbon Health, Xfinity and Pure Barre. The site is also part of Shops at the Farm, a large mixed-use development that includes retail, commercial and residential uses, according to city records.
Founded in 1987, CenterSquare Investment Management is a real asset manager focused on listed real estate, private real estate equity and private real estate debt investments, according to the firm’s website. The company is based in Plymouth Meeting, Penn.
Vintage Housing specializes in the development and operation of affordable housing in the western United States, according to the firm’s website. Based in Newport Beach, Calif., the company has been in operation for more than 20 years and partners with Kennedy Wilson, a global real estate investment company. Kennedy Wilson is headquartered in Beverly Hills and has 12 global offices located throughout the U.S. and Europe.
Snohomish County has seen other properties trade recently.
Earlier this month in nearby Lynnwood, a retail asset within the city’s north end was purchased for $10.4 million, or approximately $227 per square foot, according to The Registry’s previous reporting. The buyer was an entity affiliated with 15620 HWY 99 LLC in Redondo Beach, Calif., and the seller was an entity affiliated with Lanswel Development Corp. and members of the Lee family in Edmonds. Located at 15620 Highway 99, the 45,661 square foot building sits on 2.1 acres of land and was constructed in 1991.
