VIDA Coworking Signs 12,000 SQFT Office Lease in Beaverton

Norris & Stevens, Inc., along with Sperry Van Ness (SVN), facilitated the lease of 12,003 square feet at 9400 Place, located at 9400 SW Beaverton Hillsdale Highway.

The Tenant, VIDA Coworking, leased four suites of office space. VIDA Coworking will offer 25 private offices, 26 “dedicated desks”, a variety of open flex office space, and an on-site fitness studio to its members. The coworking space will be opening on August 1st, 2023.
