MARYSVILLE, Wash. (June 2023) – Vector Development Company, a Pacific Northwest commercial real estate development, investment and asset management firm, has begun construction on Twin Lakes Logistics, a 204,000-square-foot warehouse and distribution center located at 4050 160th Street NE, Marysville, Wash.
The large facility features bay depths to accommodate users as small as 20,000 square feet or up to 204,000 square feet. The building has 44 dock doors, eight grade-level loading doors, 36-foot clear height inside the warehouse and over 74,000 square feet of storage yard.
In 2022, Vector purchased two parcels of land totaling 13.3 gross acres to create the space large enough to accommodate the expansive project. After permits were finalized in the first quarter of 2023, JM Riley Company began construction in April.
Twin Lakes Logistics was designed by SynThesis. Vector also worked with Shutler Consulting Engineers as the structural engineer and Barghausen Consulting Engineers as the civil engineer.
Twin Lakes Logistics is Vector’s second project in the City of Marysville. In 2020, the company developed MI-5 Business Park located at 4000 156th St. NE. MI-5 leases space to distribution and manufacturing tenants. As part of Vector’s scope of work in Marysville, a new street, called 160th Street, will be constructed to the north of Twin Lakes Logistics. In addition, 39th Avenue will be improved with landscaping and sidewalks.

In addition, to the Marysville projects, Vector has developed American Lake Logistics, a 158,000 square-foot industrial distribution facility in Lakewood; Tacoma I-5 Distribution Center, a 78,000-square-foot industrial facility in Tacoma; and an office building in Olympia for the Washington Realtors, among others.
