Recently Opened Luxury Rental Apartment Building REN to Serve as Home for Three Unique Food and Drink Experiences
SEATTLE, Wash; Mar. 1, 2023 – Tutta Bella has been awarded the rights to develop multiple food and drink concepts inside the recently opened 457-unit RENproperty, located at 2014 Fairview Ave in the Denny Triangle. As the sole hospitality provider for the development, Tutta Bella will develop, manage and operate three separate concepts, including a craft cocktail bar, café/marketplace, and full-service restaurant.

We can’t wait to bring this new culinary experience to our residents and the surrounding downtown area.”
The new food and drink concepts are slated to open in three phases, starting this spring. Each concept will have its own distinct identity, united by a common theme rooted in Tutta Bella’s Italian heritage and current offerings across its neighborhood restaurants and retail spaces.

- Concept 1: Craft Cocktail Bar
- o The cocktail bar will serve as a rendezvous for residents and area professionals alike, offering a social, lively atmosphere that is highlighted by an extensive craft cocktail list and shareable food menu items.
- Concept 2: Café + Marketplace
- o Visitors to the café and marketplace will find a warm, welcoming setting centered around carefully curated coffee and pastries, along with a marketplace that offers one-of-a-kind local and imported specialty foods and goods.
- Concept 3: Full-Service Restaurant
- o The new full-service restaurant at REN will be an evolved version of Tutta Bella’s beloved neighborhood restaurants, highlighted by a menu centered around the many seasonal offerings of Italy and the Pacific Northwest.
