San Mateo, CA – Truebeck Construction, an industry-leading commercial general contractor, is pleased to welcome Kalie Ward as Preconstruction Executive.
Ward brings over 18 years of experience in preconstruction. During her career, she has overseen the preconstruction process for some of the San Francisco Bay Area’s most technical projects. Her expertise includes projects for healthcare, class-A office, campus, hi-tech, and retail. Ward has partnered with top Bay Area clients including El Camino Health, Kaiser Permanente, Microsoft, and Intuit.
As a Preconstruction Executive, Ward will play a critical role in the growth and development of our Preconstruction team. She will handle some of our most technical projects and work closely with clients to ensure that their projects goals are not only met but delivered with the highest level of quality and service.
One of Ward’s strongest attributes is in her passion and ability to mentor members of her team. Her guidance and counsel holistically raise the talents and efficiency of project teams, and she will ensure Truebeck’s Estimators and Cost Engineers provide detailed and accurate estimates to clients. With her leadership, Truebeck’s best-in-class preconstruction team will flourish to higher standards of excellence.

Ward holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Santa Clara University. She is a LEED Accredited Professional for Business Development and Construction (LEED AP BD+C) and is an associate of the Design-Build Institute of America.
