San Mateo, CA – Truebeck Construction, an industry-leading commercial general contractor, is pleased to welcome Jennifer Wycisk as Safety Director. Wycisk is responsible for managing the safety and risk of Truebeck’s construction projects in California and Oregon.
Wycisk has managed safety operations in the construction industry for nearly two decades. She raises safety standards by putting people first and implementing solutions that mitigate jobsite risk while elevating efficiency. High-profile projects Wycisk has overseen include the construction of Levi’s Stadium and the Stanford Linear Accelerator, the renovation of Fox Theater in Oakland, and the expansion of the San Francisco Modern Art Museum. Jennifer’s portfolio of construction safety oversight includes education, aviation, data center and life science market segments.
In her role as Safety Director, Wycisk will lead Truebeck’s safety team toward elevating safety initiatives and adopting best management practices that will further enhance Truebeck’s Target Zero safety program. The most effective safety programs require both top-down and bottom-up engagement. Wycisk serves a critical role by developing solutions with the field and working closely with upper management to consistently adopt those solutions company wide.
